Jeff Goldblum Montage

This is an assignment from my freshman year in Illustration. We were to draw a famous person's portrait and create a background to suit them. As I browsed through presidents, actors, and other well-knowns, one huge photo of Jeff Goldblum came up in high resolution. I just had to use it, especially with the lighting effects. I played with the background and developed a kind of "montage" of movies he is well known for... "The Fly", "Independence Day", and "Jurassic Park."

It's done in graphite and is 14 x 16"
